The photobooth is an exciting and fun addition which can lighten the mood and bring people together. A large selection of silly props which will appeal to guests of all ages and high quality pictures ensure when you book Capture it! Photobooth you will have hours of fun!

I use an open studio style attended photobooth which allows more space for larger group shots along with theatrical style lighting.

You can enhance your photobooth experience with some great optional extras and we can adjust appearance and props to suit your theme if required!

Photo booth

Does somebody stay with the photobooth?

Yes. Although the photobooth has a very easy to use personalised screen which can be used without an attendant. I will not interfere whilst you are taking pictures. However if you need any assistance with the operation of the booth or just can't figure out which colour prop will suit you best, I'll be happy to help.

Are the photos printed?

Photos are printed almost instantly by a very fast high quality photo printer straight after your photobooth session. You can also select the number of prints you'd like, if you took a group shot!

Are photos posted online for guests?

After the event within 2 days you will receive high quality versions of your photos sent via email. I will also post the photos onto my facebook page, so you and your guests can share and tag your friends.

What props do you have?

I have a good selection of silly props: hats, glasses, signs, frames etc. if you have a themed event or would like a partiulular set of props I can tailor the props to your theme however there may be a charge if I need to get expensive or unusual props especially.

What quality are the pictures and the prints?

The printer uses the latest dye sublimation thermal transfer printer system for outstanding true to life prints. The camera used inside the booth is a professional grade SLR digital camera.

Booking / Costs

How do I book a photobooth for our event?

You must request a quote to get an accurate price to start. If you're happy with the price, you can then check I'm still available for your event's date and ask if you can make a booking. Once availability is confirmed I give you all the details on how to book. This will include; completion of a booking form / contract and approximately 25% of the total fee as a deposit.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, the deposit amount is normally around 25% of the total fee and must be paid in advance. Paying a deposit for your photobooth can be done via PayPal, Card, Bank transfer or Cheque.

When / how do we pay the final amount?

You can either pay the total amount including deposit when booking, or pay two seperate payments.

If paying as two seperate payments you can pay the final amount via bank transfer or cheque as long as the balance reaches me 7 days in advance. Alternatively you can pay me the final amount at the start of the night in cash.

If you wish to pay the balance via PayPal or Card there is a small surcharge of 3% to pay.

Are you VAT registered?

I am not VAT registered.


How long do you need to setup your photobooth equipment?

This will depend on access, distance from parking to the setup area along with any optional extras you may have included.

If acsess is good with no optional extras and plenty of room to setup it will take 45 minutes if I'm going quickly! An hour is ideal for most events. If you need a more accurate time I should be able to give a close guess.

How much space is required?

Ideally a minimum of 4m x 3m - it can be fitted into smaller areas however this may mean that appearance and acsessability aren't ideal.

Do you use a flashing lights/ strobing effects?

A camera flash is used which does cause a brief strobing effect.
